Frequently Asked Questions

Learn about our policies, procedures, shipping, and more.

  • We ship to certain countries outside of the US- you can check by adding a product to your cart and starting the checkout process. The website will notify you if you are outside of our shipping locations. And certain countries will not allow us to ship our framed pieces to because of restrictions.

  • Yes and kind of! Caroline Clark is the creative director and only designer at Long Lost Studio. But Long Lost Studio is the name of our shop in Colorado Springs as well as the group of people who help Caroline with all printing, shipping, sourcing, and any other business things so Caroline can keep drawing on the couch in her pajamas.

  • If there is an issue with any of your products that have been shipped to you, we will happily exchange it. We do not accept returns. Why are you returning art? That’s weird.

  • We’re a small team getting your orders out the door. Plan on 2-7 days for us to get your order shipped, and then a week or so for it to arrive. If you live overseas, please allow up to a month for it to arrive. International postal services do not like the tubes we have to ship prints in and most times it takes a few weeks for the tracking to update once it’s gotten into the country.

  • Send commission email inquiries to howdy@longloststudio.co

  • Caroline creates her work digitally in programs like Photoshop, Procreate, and Illustrator. Most prints are printed with a digital fine art printer, but some are screen-printed.

  • Caroline intentionally keeps her landscapes vague and sometimes combines photo references of different places. While a few of them are more obvious, her aim is to create pieces that can remind anyone of a place they’ve been in the West.
